Payment Methods

USA ONLY: We accept credit card, money order.
(Please Note: Your wand will not be crafted until payment clears.)

INTERNATIONAL: We only accept Credit Card payments.

Shipping

USPS First Class Mail: (Canada and USA only) 3-4 days delivery time. Cost based on state and USPS weight calculation. PLEASE NOTE: The display box is wrapped in shipping paper to make this price possible. Choosing this method puts your box at risk of being damaged during shipping. Priority Mail is recommended.

Priority Mail 2-day: 2-3 days delivery time. Cost based on weight calculation. Wand box is shipped within a protective shipping box. Recommended.

First Class International Air Mail: 7-14 days delivery time. Cost based one weight calculation.

Note for 2-Day Priority Mail, we will ship the custom wand as soon as it is completed. It takes 4-8 weeks (depending on order volume) to craft the wand. If you are purchasing a pre-crafted wand, it will ship as soon as your order is approved.

We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, or holidays.

Returns

USA
If the wand is damaged during shipping, the buyer may send it back (at own expense), and we will either repair or replace the wand depending upon the severity of the damage. The damage must be reported the same day the item is received by the buyer. (We will know the date, as we keep all records of delivery). We will not replace wands that were damaged by negligence or misuse. In the case of a lost or stolen package, the buyer is responsible for purchasing insurance prior to shipment. Wizard Wood Wands™ will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. A tracking number is provided to the buyer and may be given to USPS for settling disputes and claims.

INTERNATIONAL
Currently there are no return policies. No insurance is available. Lost or stolen packages are at the risk of the buyer. Wizard Wood Wands will provide a copy of the shipping reciept upon request, but is not responsible for any further actions.

Satisfaction Garauntee

USA and CANADA ONLY
If the buyer is not satisfied with their wand, they may return it (at buyers own expense). It must be returned in the condition upon which it was received, with the understanding that it will be resold to another buyer. Applies only if the wand does not meet the design selections. Damaged wands will not be accepted. Request must be submitted the same day the wand is received. No refunds will be issued.

INTERNATIONAL (All Other Countries)
If the buyer is not satisfied with their wand, they may return it (at buyers own expense). It must be returned in the condition upon which it was received, with the understanding that it will be resold to another buyer. No refunds will be issued. Buyer must pay shipping as calculated above for replacement.
